Morgan Truck Body in Portland, OR is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift to safely operate forklifts and move large materials across a busy facility. You will log movements in JDE, count parts, and help keep the line stocked and productive.

Candidate should have forklift experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and Lean.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required to move materials safely.
• Ability to read labels, write accurate counts, and log moves.
• Proficiency with JDE to track inventory and moves.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts and straddle lifts to move materials.
• Log item numbers for unidentified materials to keep inventory accurate.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse and support production flow.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Train and guide new team members on floor procedures.
