Pratt & Whitney in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Materials Buyer Planner to lead SIOP, manage inventory, and drive material availability. You will collaborate across operations, engineering, quality, and finance to meet customer deadlines and financial targets, applying data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes modern digital workflows, analytics, and AI-enabled decision tools, with travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant experience in supply chain, materials, production control or operations.
• Broad educational background spanning degrees from high school to advanced technical training depending on experience.
• Experience analyzing large data sets with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and data analytics tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive SIOP across WPB GTF MRO, including inventory planning and decision reporting.
• Coordinate POs, update MRP in SAP and monitor material shortage risks.
• Lead daily production meetings and provide availability analysis and reporting updates.
• Support digital transformation using Power BI, Power Automate, and SAP analytics.
