Job summary

BorgWarner in Seneca, SC is seeking a Materials Associate to perform receiving, shipping, and storage tasks in production support. You will move materials safely between storage, shipping, and production areas and report relocations accurately.

Key duties include loading/unloading, inventory checks, using pallet jacks and forklifts, entering SAP data, and maintaining 5S and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Experience with RF scanning and forklift operation is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in a fast-paced industrial lean environment.
• 1 year material handling in a distribution environment preferred.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Active forklift operator license preferred.
• Ability to read, write and differentiate numbers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and verify against Pack Lists for accuracy.
• Pick parts for shipment and package according to procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, order-pickers, and dollies to move materials.
• Transfer parts between bin locations and prepare for shipment.
• Enter material transactions into SAP and other systems.
• Maintain 5S/Housekeeping and follow safety policies.
