Job summary

Leidos Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing Facility in Huntsville, AL seeks a Material Analyst to support cable assemblies for DoD and commercial programs. You will manage material movements, support production builds, and document transactions in our quality and accounting systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–4 years in inventory or materials management, and familiarity with Deltek Costpoint, BOM, and Manufacturing Orders. Must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years in inventory or materials management.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Familiarity with BOM and Costpoint Manufacturing Orders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with lab managers and technicians supporting production efforts while maintaining delivery schedules and due dates.
• Material movement in and out of labs to support production builds.
• Escalate kit shortages or problems needed to complete builds.
• Packaging of completed cable assemblies.
• Document material movements in our quality and accounting systems.
• Utilize staging area for kits according to scheduling needs.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and production groups.
