Majestic Steel USA, Inc. in Bedford Heights, OH, is seeking a Material Handler to package materials, inspect for quality, and operate common shop tools. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork to meet production goals.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a 10% shift differential, and full benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, parental leave, PTO, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities for growth.

• Strong attention to detail and safe operation of equipment.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

• Pay: Starting rate is $17.00/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience; 10% shift differential
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:45 pm - 10:45 pm, with overtime as required

What You Will Do:

• Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
