Job summary

Majestic Steel USA is seeking a production/warehouse associate in the Bedford Heights, OH area. You will package materials to meet customer specifications and safety standards, using micrometers, calipers, and banding equipment.

You will work Monday–Friday, 2:45 pm–10:45 pm with overtime as needed, earning starting at $17/hour plus a 10% shift differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plan with employer match, life and disability insurance, parental leave, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review order instructions and package materials to meet specifications.
• Operate micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment safely.
• Identify damage or quality issues and report promptly.
• Collaborate with production crew to meet goals and complete tasks.

What You Will Do

• Package Materials: You will review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment.
• Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of manufacturing and/ or warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval
• Lift truck operation experience
