This position is based in Houston, TX, and involves supporting the materials team by reviewing and releasing work orders, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with purchasing and production to meet the master schedule. The role requires collaboration with supply chain and customer service teams to ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve invoicing issues.
  2. Review material supply and release work orders according to the master schedule.
  3. Work with purchasing to expedite shortages and update workflows.
  4. Coordinate with production to schedule WIP items.
  5. Track materials for outside services and interact with project teams.

You are proactive, persistent, and goal-oriented, aligning objectives with organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain
  • At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Oracle
