Job summary

ICE (Inter-Coastal Electronics) seeks a Materials Handler to manage daily operations: receiving, stocking, kitting, and material movements within ERP systems. You will coordinate with Production, Engineering, Depot, and Logistics to meet delivery schedules and maintain inventory accuracy.

A Secret clearance may be required for ITAR-related tasks. Experience with ERP/MRP systems, MS Office, and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with preferred college coursework.
• Proven ability to handle materials accurately and quickly.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily materials operations including receiving, stocking, and kitting.
• Transact material movements in ERP system and print labels.
• Support production schedules and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular audits.
• Provide guidance to team members and back up Shipping/Receiving.
