Job summary

Intellisense Systems, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk/Specialist to maintain inventory, assist manufacturing with material handling, and perform kitting for multiple lines. On-site in Torrance, CA. Pay level matched to experience.

Responsibilities include pulling parts, issuing goods, recording activity, and supporting replenishment. Qualifications require a HS diploma; ERP experience and Costpoint are a plus. Strong detail orientation and communication skills needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions
• Ability to kit material from production docs and lists
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pull parts per pick list and build kits for production in accordance with AS9100 procedures
• Issue finished goods against sales orders
• Record inventory activity and ERP transactions accurately
• Perform inventory audits and cycle counts
• Support inventory replenishment activities
• Other duties as assigned
