Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Irving, TX is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator to support field operations, scan materials, replenish stock, and ensure inventory accuracy. This on-site role works with the Material Solutions Team to service contractors and customers at multiple local sites.

The position emphasizes active, hands-on work, driving improvements in stock management, and coordinating with field staff to maintain high service levels in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in learning and using job-related software and mobile applications.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role with minimal desk time.
• Ability to travel locally and occasional overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
• Executes replenishment tasks, ensuring stock levels are accurate and setups are organized.
• Monitors Min/Max levels and flags issues for Specialist or Manager oversight.
• Provides consistent customer interaction and escalates issues when needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
• Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory.
• Acts as the on-the-ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally asrequiredfor the role

Environment

This position isfield‑based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites isrequired, with occasional overnight travel.The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, andhands‑onmaterial handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location. Regular use of company systems, mobile devices, and applications isrequired, and minimal desk time is expected, as the role is primarily active and operational in nature.
