Crawford Electric Supply in Austin, TX is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator to support field operations on-site, perform material scanning, replenish stock, and maintain inventory accuracy at customer sites.

You will work with the Material Solutions Team, incur local travel as needed, and help ensure reliable service across job sites and warehouses. Crawford emphasizes growth and a supportive work culture within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• On-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
• Perform replenishment tasks and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Monitor Min/Max levels and escalate as needed.
• Provide consistent customer interaction and resolve simple issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and replenishment logs.
• Assist installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory.

Role Purpose:

Local field resource responsible forjobsiteexecution, scanning materials, replenishing stock,maintaininginventory accuracy, and supporting the Material Solutions Team.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Performsonsitescanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.


• Executes replenishment tasks, ensuringaccurate stock levels and clean, organized setups.


• Monitors Min/Max levels and flags issues requiring Specialist or Manager oversight.


• Provides consistent customer interaction, resolving simpleissues and escalating when needed.


• Maintainsaccuratedocumentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.


• Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory asrequired.


• Acts as theonthegroundrepresentative ensuring reliability and service consistency.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally asrequiredfor the role


• Occasional overnight travel as business needsdictate


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Proficiencyin learning and usingjobrelatedsoftware and mobile applications


• Comfortable working in afieldbasedrole with minimal desk time


• Capable of remaining seated for extended periodsof timewhile driving


• Capable of performing repetitive lifting and otherphysical jobduties on a regular basis


• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field


• Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management,jobsitesupport, or field service work

Environment:

This position isfieldbased, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites isrequired, with occasional overnight travel.The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, andhandsonmaterial handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location. Regular use of company systems, mobile devices, and applications isrequired, and minimal desk time is expected, as the role is primarily active and operational in nature.
