Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Irving, TX is seeking a detail-oriented team member to assist with purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations.

You will work with managers, receiving, and vendors to clear Eclipse queues, process stock returns, update bin locations, and monitor non-stock items, while maintaining accurate records and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail with strong communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist manager in clearing Eclipse queues associated with purchasing
• Work closely with receiving department and vendors to solve discrepancies
• Research and assist with processing stock returns
• Update new items for bin locations
• Assist with monitoring non-stock inventory items
• Assist with managing bin locations and changes

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma
• Electrical Distribution experience/knowledge is a plus
• Detail oriented with excellent communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic inventory/purchasing knowledge including procurement – order points, line points, demand, safety stock, excess and dead stock.

Work Environment

• Typical environment includes offices and warehouse.
• Light to moderate noise level.
• While performing the duties of this job, employee is frequently required to stand.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
