Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply, a Sonepar USA company, is seeking a Material Solutions Coordinator to operate in Irving, TX. This field-based role involves on-site scanning of bins and stock, replenishment, and ensuring inventory accuracy while supporting the Material Solutions Team.

You will travel locally to job sites, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain thorough documentation. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within the Sonepar family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in learning and using job-related software and mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight.
• Ability to work in a field-based role with minimal desk time.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
• Execute replenishment tasks to maintain accurate stock levels and organized setups.
• Monitor Min/Max levels and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide consistent customer interaction and resolve simple issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation including counts, exceptions, and logs.
• Support installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory as required.
• Act as on-the-ground representative to ensure reliability and service consistency.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose:
Local field resource responsible forjobsiteexecution, scanning materials, replenishing stock,maintaininginventory accuracy, and supporting the Material Solutions Team.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provides consistent customer interaction, resolving simpleissuesand escalating when needed.
• Maintainsaccuratedocumentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
• Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory asrequired.
• Acts as theon‑the‑groundrepresentative ensuring reliability and service consistency.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally asrequiredfor the role
• Occasional overnight travel as business needsdictate
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiencyin learning and usingjob‑relatedsoftware and mobile applications
• Comfortable working in afield‑basedrole with minimal desk time
• Capable of remaining seated for extended periodsof timewhile driving
• Capable of performing repetitive lifting and otherphysical jobduties on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field
• Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management,job‑sitesupport, or field service work

This position isfield‑based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites isrequired, with occasional overnight travel.The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, andhands‑onmaterial handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location. Regular use of company systems, mobile devices, and applications isrequired, and minimal desk time is expected, as the role is primarily active and operational in nature.
