Responsibilities

• Perform on-site scanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations to track materials.
• Execute replenishment tasks to maintain accurate stock levels and organized setups.
• Monitor Min/Max levels and raise issues to specialists or managers as needed.
• Provide consistent customer interaction and resolve basic issues; escalate when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
• Support installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory activities as required.
• Act as the on-the-ground representative ensuring reliability and service consistency.

Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

Local field resource responsible forjobsiteexecution, scanning materials, replenishing stock,maintaininginventory accuracy, and supporting the Material Solutions Team.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Performson‑sitescanning of bins, cages, job trailers, or storage locations.
• Executes replenishment tasks, ensuringaccuratestock levels and clean, organized setups.

• Provides consistent customer interaction, resolving simpleissuesand escalating when needed.
• Maintainsaccuratedocumentation, including counts, exceptions, and replenishment logs.
• Supports installations, reorganizations, relabeling, and physical inventory asrequired.
• Acts as theon‑the‑groundrepresentative ensuring reliability and service consistency.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally asrequiredfor the role
• Occasional overnight travel as business needsdictate
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiencyin learning and usingjob‑relatedsoftware and mobile applications
• Comfortable working in afield‑basedrole with minimal desk time
• Capable of remaining seated for extended periodsof timewhile driving
• Capable of performing repetitive lifting and otherphysical jobduties on a regular basis
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and the capacity to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical distribution industry or a related field
• Prior exposure to material handling, inventory management,job‑sitesupport, or field service work

Environment

This position isfield‑based, with work performed at customer locations, job sites, warehouses, and other assigned locations. Regular local travel between sites isrequired, with occasional overnight travel.The role involves a combination of driving, walking, standing, andhands‑onmaterial handling, with work conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments depending on location. Regular use of company systems, mobile devices, and applications isrequired, and minimal desk time is expected, as the role is primarily active and operational in nature.
