Job summary

IB-Tech in Bucyrus, OH is seeking a dependable Material Services team member for 1st shift to support daily manufacturing operations. You will ensure materials are received, tracked, and delivered to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like Plex. You will help manage inventory, cycle counts, and coordinate daily manpower while maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant, job-specific experience.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others.
• Experience with Plex or other ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization.
• Manage warehouse operations and material control for imported and domestic materials.
• Oversee all cycle counts at Warehouse #2 and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate daily manpower assignments.
• Manage receiving operations, FIFO material pulling, and pass-through inventory control.
• Coordinate return trailers in transit to IBT.
• Oversee returnable container control and shipments to Japan.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within assigned responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Complete required training in accordance with IB-Tech's training matrix and applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
