Job summary

Imasen Bucyrus Technology seeks a Material Service Team Leader for the 2nd shift to oversee the material service team and ensure timely delivery of materials to production and other departments.

You will manage workflow, maintain inventory accuracy, and enforce safety and quality standards while coaching team members and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, storing, and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the material service team during the 2nd shift to meet production and operational requirements.
• Manage inventory control processes including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement to optimize material flow and resolve supply chain issues.
• Maintain records of material transactions and prepare inventory/status reports.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to boost efficiency.
