Job summary

IB-Tech is seeking a dependable Material Services team member for the 1st shift in Bucyrus, OH to support daily manufacturing operations. You will ensure materials are received, tracked, and delivered where needed to keep production running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Plex or ERP systems is a plus, with opportunities to lead and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization.
• Manage warehouse operations and material control for imported and domestic materials.
• Oversee all cycle counts at Warehouse #2 and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate daily manpower assignments.
• Manage receiving operations, FIFO material pulling, and pass-through inventory control.
• Coordinate return trailers in transit to IBT.
• Oversee returnable container control and shipments to Japan.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within assigned responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Complete required training in accordance with IB‑Tech’s training matrix and applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
