About the Role:

The Material Service Team Leader for the 2nd shift plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the material service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to production and other departments. The Team Leader acts as a key liaison between the material service team and other departments, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise during the shift. They are also responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to enhance productivity and maintain high morale. Ultimately, the role ensures that material handling processes run smoothly and efficiently to support overall operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material handling, inventory management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (e.g., "Microsoft Office").
