Job summary

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong planning and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. ERP experience (Plex or similar) is preferred, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain 5S standards and workplace organization.
• Manage warehouse operations and material control for imported and domestic materials.
• Oversee all cycle counts at Warehouse #2 and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate daily manpower assignments.
• Manage receiving operations, FIFO material pulling, and pass-through inventory control.
• Coordinate return trailers in transit to IBT.
• Oversee returnable container control and shipments to Japan.
• Identify and resolve operational issues within assigned responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Complete required training in accordance with IB-Tech's training matrix and applicable ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
