Job summary

PARR is seeking a Material Return Specialist in Hillsboro, OR to efficiently process returned materials into yard inventory. You will tally, inspect, and sort items, create supplier returns, and coordinate with vendors and staff to meet credits timelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and English proficiency. This is a full-time position with an hourly pay range of $22.14–$24.40 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow paperwork and processes.
• Forklift operation and ERP knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tally, inspect, and sort returned materials for stock.
• Create and process vendor returns and credit notes.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Yard and Sales teams for timely credits.
• Maintain organized return area and ensure proper labeling.
• Assist with overall cleanliness and safety in the yard.
