Job summary

RTX is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities across Patriot European Programs from capture to sustainment. This onsite role can be based in McKinney, TX, Tewksbury, MA, or Huntsville, AL, and requires strong matrix leadership and program execution skills.

You will coordinate with PMO, IPTs, and FP&A to forecast material sales, manage risks, and support proposal and start-up activities. Citizenship and security clearances apply where stated.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with SAP MRP and proposals.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface to the PMO.
• Report program status and issues; propose and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using MFT and align with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunities using ROM.
• Support program offsets, localization efforts and supplier development.
• Develop Material Program Plan and Baselining activities for new programs.
• Support bottoms-up proposals with CAPA supplier management.
• Assist audits (internal/external) including USG pricing audits.
• Support EXIM licensing requirements and 130 Sweeps.
