Raytheon is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead material program plans, supplier management, and Make/Buy decisions across complex programs. You will drive project execution, develop SSOWs, and manage RFIs/RFPs while ensuring compliance with Prime contract flow-downs and policy requirements.
Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally, and leverage your experience in PM, procurement, contracts, and finance to deliver on program commitments within a matrixed organization.

Salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
