Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to coordinate supply chain activities for production, depot, and sustainment contracts. You will liaison between the program and suppliers to meet material requirements for a franchise production program.

The MPM will oversee cost, schedule and quality, and manage supplier performance to meet program needs. The role requires DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship, with domestic travel expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with 5+ years experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role such as procurement, supplier management, contracts, supplier performance analyst and/or program management.

Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to support the Air Dominance Portfolio located in Tucson, AZ. This Material Program Manager (MPM) role is responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of production, depot and sustainment contracts. As an MPM, you will be the liaison between the program and the supply base, working to ensure material requirements are met for a franchise production program.

The MPM will support activities related to program success which includes cost, schedule and quality. The MPM will manage supplier performance to ensure program needs are being met.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
