Job summary

Assurant is seeking an onsite role in Irving, TX to support Supervisors with team training, production monitoring, and quality control adherence. The position operates Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and requires forklift knowledge if needed for the area of responsibility.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely responses to production needs. The candidate should have 1+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in training and developing the team; monitor production performance and quality controls per work instructions.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with Supervisor and in internal/external meetings.
• Reallocate resources (people/supplies/products) with Supervisor to meet customer goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper workflow; escalate issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Support 6S audits and implement changes on the production floor; maintain attendance roster for emergencies.
