Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification preferred if area requires handling pallets or materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisors in training and developing the team.
• Monitor production performance and ensure quality controls.
• Reallocate resources with Supervisor to meet customer goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper workflow.
• Be point of contact for escalation issues.
• Work with Engineering to resolve process issues.
• Maintain attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation.
• Participate in 6S audits and implement changes from audits.
• Perform on-the-job refresher training and station assessments.
• Monitor inventory levels (WIP Aging) for area of responsibility.
• Track KPI and SLA performance and escalate when needed.
