Job summary

Assurant is seeking a supervisor/lead to support training and development of the production team at our Irving, TX location. The role involves monitoring production performance and ensuring quality controls are followed, in alignment with work instructions for the area.

The position requires collaboration with Supervisors, participation in daily stand-ups, and coordination with forklift operations as needed. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with related duties on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Supervisors to train and develop the team.
• Monitor production performance and ensure quality controls are met.
• Utilize shop floor systems and coordinate with other departments to meet customer goals.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations and participate in 6S audits.
