Job summary

Assurant is seeking an on-site Training/Production Support role in Irving, TX. The position supports Supervisors by training the team, monitoring production and quality, and ensuring adherence to work instructions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of shop floor systems, coordination with multiple departments, and strong problem-solving abilities. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM with expectations for high attention to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Light manufacturing experience or inspector experience.
• Proficient in manual processing and receiving.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production performance and quality controls per work instructions.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to reallocate resources to meet goals.
• Train and coach associates; perform on-the-job refresher training and workstation assessments.
• Maintain daily attendance roster for Emergency Evacuation purposes.
• Track KPI and SLA performance and escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
