Opella is seeking a Material Planning Manager to lead end-to-end material planning for ingredients and components at the Chattanooga site. You will drive inventory optimization, collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and QA, and mentor a team to ensure on-time, cost-effective material availability.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on ERP/forecasting skills (SAP, Excel, Power BI) to support production schedules and site performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain or planning with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience with raw material/ingredient planning in manufacturing or consumer health.

Mansioni

• Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Material Planners to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute material planning strategies to align with production schedules and forecasts.
• Serve as primary planning liaison between Chattanooga site and corporate supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing.
