Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in materials management or planning.
• Experience leading teams and projects, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems; prepare/update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Ensure alignment with production plan and KPIs; optimize inventory and drive process improvements.
• Lead small projects with low risk; mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Sourcing to enable On Time Delivery.
• Accurate cost and cycle estimating; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
