• Willingness to sit with users and learn by asking questions.

Responsibilities

• Understand the domain: learn material flow and where decisions are made; move from tooling gaps to design choices.
• Model the data: establish reliable metrics definitions from a single source of truth.
• Build: develop Databricks and Power Platform solutions; monitor, fix and iterate after go-live.
• Improve the process: measure how work happens and propose changes with evidence.
• Work across teams: translate operation needs into feasible system capabilities.
