Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Digital Process Improvement Manager to drive a more efficient, data-driven Supply Chain in North America (Marietta, GA). You will partner with Supply Chain functions to deliver scalable digital solutions across processes, tools, and people, guiding roadmaps and value realization.

As part of the Digital & Data team, you will lead agile delivery, manage portfolios, and influence business decisions while ensuring adoption and measurable value across global and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with focus on digital solutions, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Experience with digital solutions, data analytics, process improvement, and digital automation tool development.
• Experience with Excel, Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or related platforms.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain functions to understand processes, KPIs, and pain points, translating needs into digital solutions.
• Establish and execute digital transformation roadmaps with a managed backlog and agile delivery.
• Identify and implement digital improvements across Planning, Manufacturing, Physical Distribution, Quality, Safety, and Finance.
• Own end-to-end digital initiatives from intake to value realization.
• Deliver scalable solutions including dashboards, automated workflows, and analytics.
• Define KPI, acceptance criteria, user stories, adoption plans, and success measures.
