Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Material Planning Coordinator II for our Inwood, WV location.

The role requires coordinating inbound trailers, reporting material status, and troubleshooting issues to keep cross-dock flows efficient. The position emphasizes teamwork, communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years in a material planning or related role.
• Experience with customer inventory systems (Host) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in production/packaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound trailers to the dock.
• Report material on the customer's system.
• Troubleshoot material that cannot be processed through normal channels.
• Process "hot" parts.
• Handle field calls and answer questions about material flow.
• Update cross dock material flow information and monitor supplier/non-conformance.
• Ensure material flows smoothly through the cross dock.
• Share information timely with customer and Ryder personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Material Planning Coordinator II

We are immediately hiring a Material Planning Coordinator in Inwood, WV for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Location: Inwood, WV

Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: Day Shift, Flexibility is preferred to work additional days and hours as needed.

Prior materials management experience is preferred. Experience in production/packaging is preferred. Bilingual capability in English and Spanish is preferred.

Hourly Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hr

Pay Type: Non Exempt / Hourly / Paid Weekly

Pay Type: Hourly Minimum Pay Range: $20.00 Maximum Pay Range: $21.00

Essential Functions

• Schedule inbound trailers to the dock
• In report material on the customer's system
• Act as a trouble-shooter for material that cannot be processed through normal channels
• Handle the processing of "hot" parts
• Handle field calls and answer questions regarding material that flows through the cross dock
• Update material flow information in the cross dock database, monitor non-conformance by suppliers/carriers and record those issues in an Issues Database
• Ensure that material flows smoothly and efficiently through the cross dock.
• Ensure that information is shared timely with personnel from the customer and Ryder

Additional Responsibilities

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

H.S. diploma/GED

Experience

• Three (3) years or more previous experience in the department, required
• Three (3) years or more experience with customer Inventory Systems (Host systems), preferred as needed
