Xcel Energy is seeking a Material Operations Manager to lead field Supply Chain operations across multiple Colorado locations, overseeing storerooms, delivery, and inventory management. You will ensure material readiness for capital and O&M work, align with field leadership, and drive safety and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in storeroom/logistics, with 3+ years of supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive storeroom/logistics or supply chain operations experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP, inventory controls, and material planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day material operations across multiple sites, ensuring storeroom performance and accurate inventory.
• Support field operations, outages, and cross-functional collaboration with Sourcing teams.
• Develop and coach a team of supervisors, union personnel, and logistics staff to safety and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FERC, and audit requirements; drive continuous improvement.
