Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Materials Technician - NUC in St. Francisville, LA to manage receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory materials critical to plant operations. You will provide accurate inventory information for company-controlled stock and perform inspections on incoming materials.

The role requires 3+ years in stores or related experience, forklift operation, and basic data entry skills. Onsite work with annual relocation and safety compliance expectations are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in stores environment or related professional experience.
• Able to perform repetitive lifting of 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial inspection of material delivered from vendor.
• Perform quality receipt inspection for safety-related material in accordance with procedural requirements.
• Move, store and maintain material accuracy.
• Stage and issue material in a timely manner.
• Ensure all material is labeled in accordance with procedure requirements.
• Maintain forklift qualification to support mechanical movement of materials.
• Participates, supports and complies with all human performance, safety, and quality requirements.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
