Job summary

Entergy is seeking a Materials Technician - NUC in St. Francisville, LA to manage receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory materials critical to plant operations. You will provide accurate inventory information for company-controlled stock and perform inspections on incoming materials.

The role requires 3+ years in stores or related experience, forklift operation, and basic data entry skills. Onsite work with annual relocation and safety compliance expectations are included.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:

Performs materials functions related to receiving, stocking, and issuing inventory materials to support plant operations. Accurately provides inventory information for company-controlled material stock.

Minimum education and experience required of the position

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position

• Must be capable of repetitive lifting a minimum of 40lbs. Good warehouse skills (operating forklift/manual pallet jack, etc.). Basic computer skills for data entry into inventory management system.

Any certificates, licenses, etc. required for the position

• Certification to operate material handling equipment, including forklift, side-loader, 4-directional lift or cherry-picker.
