Job summary

MiTek Industries seeks a materials handler to manage inbound materials through stamping operations. The role involves operating forklifts and overhead cranes, loading/unloading, and feeding materials into stamping dies with careful first-piece inspection.

You will perform quality checks on material specs and monitor equipment fluids, while maintaining a safe work area and adhering to overtime requirements when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials from inbound to stamping operations.

• Perform routine quality checks on thickness, gauge, width and coating.
• Monitor coolant and oil levels on production equipment and adjust.
