Job summary

BAILEY is seeking a Materials Handling Sales Consultant in Tennessee to sell new, used, rental, and allied equipment within the local territory. You will build relationships with existing accounts and pursue new customers, using the company CRM to manage quotes and progress through the sales cycle.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales. You will participate in training programs and grow with a family-owned company that values its people

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 5 years of general sales experience.
• 2 years of industry-specific sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with current customers.
• Find and develop new customers using various sales tactics.
• Use CRM to manage accounts, quotes, and communications.
• Prepare and present proposals and bids.
• Coordinate delivery, quotes, and paperwork with internal teams.
• Demonstrate equipment in the field and respond to pricing inquiries.
• Stay updated on products, promotions, and competitors.
