Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a hands-on Associate at our Eddystone, PA cocoa site to support material handling, packaging operations, and inventory control.

You will work under the Production Supervisor, learning GMP and HACCP practices to ensure product quality and food safety while coordinating with operators for smooth daily production. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Computer Literacy with SAP exposure beneficial.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Inventory and record-keeping understanding.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; able to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Work in non-climate controlled environments with cocoa dust exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, compliant material handling and packaging operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and document movements in SAP.
• Support end-to-end supply chain activities from receiving to shipping.
• Operate forklifts and move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Line Operator to ensure continuous operation and reduce downtime.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety standards and complete checklists.
