Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA is seeking an Operator III to support safe, efficient chocolate manufacturing at our Eddystone, PA facility. You will direct material movement, operate roasting and processing lines, prepare recipes, monitor quality and traceability, and troubleshoot at a first level.

The role requires leadership when needed and collaboration with production teams. Strong GMP/HACCP awareness, good communication in English, and basic computer skills are essential;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to understand, read, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Operate roasting, pressing and powder production lines; prepare recipes; monitor and adjust equipment.
• Monitor GMP/HACCP compliance and maintain safety/quality standards.
• Serve as production lead when required and supervise Production Associates.
• Record SAP transactions and maintain traceability.
