Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking an Operator III to support safe, efficient chocolate production in our Eddystone facility. You will direct material movement, operate roasting and pressing lines, and assist with MES/SAP transactions, while upholding GMP and HACCP standards.

The role requires flexibility for shift work, adherence to quality controls, and collaboration with production teams to meet targets and maintain traceability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Able to understand, read, and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills preferred and experience with SAP or MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate cocoa transformation and processing equipment, follow production orders and recipes.
• Support GMP, HACCP, safety, and quality standards.
• Record material transactions in SAP and maintain production documentation.
