Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group in Eddystone, PA, is hiring an Associate to support material movement, product dumping, and powder packaging under the Production Supervisor. You will work with operators to ensure smooth processes and learn GMP/HACCP requirements essential to food safety.

You'll gain exposure to SAP, inventory control, and safety practices while contributing to zero-incident performance and continuous production. This role starts early and requires physical readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer literacy; SAP exposure and MS Office knowledge helps.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Strong teamwork and reliability.
• Will be available for OT when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, compliant material handling and packaging operations.
• Ensure inventory control, logistics flow, and documentation (end-to-end supply chain).
• Operate forklifts and move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Support packaging lines and cake dumping; ensure continuous operation.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and OSHA safety standards.
