Job summary

KLA is seeking a Material Handler in Totowa, NJ to receive, store, pick, package and ship materials to support manufacturing and service needs. The role maintains inventory accuracy and collaborates with Planning, Production, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure on-time material availability.

The position requires 1–3+ years in warehousing or inventory roles, familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), and strong attention to detail. Forklift experience and a safety-focused mindset are desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or inventory control.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight processes.
• Ability to maintain detailed inventory records with high accuracy.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and place into designated stock locations.
• Pick parts and materials for manufacturing, production, or service kits.
• Prepare, package, and label materials for domestic and international shipments.
