The role involves handling KLA systems, parts, accessories, and components while ensuring accurate documentation and safe packaging. You will work with ERP and project management tools, perform cycle counts, coordinate with cross-functional teams for outbound shipments, and may operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or related functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving, packing, unpacking, and material handling.
• Safely handle delicate equipment, parts, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory.
• Follow detailed packaging procedures and use judgment for non-standard equipment.
• Work with ERP, email, and project management systems.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and monitor packing material supplies.
• Submit replenishment requests for packing materials.
• Assist with preparing material kits for internal or external assembly operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support outbound shipments.
• May operate a forklift and lift heavy items as required.
