Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a driven Material Handler I to receive, unpack, and inspect goods, verify against invoices, and prepare shipments. The role involves using forklifts and cranes and maintaining SAP records to manage inventory for multiple shops.

The position is full-time, hourly, with benefits and a typical hourly rate in a specified range. Applicants must be able to work in the United States and be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience reading and understanding welding/production drawings.
• Experience with forklift operations.
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and examine goods received and verify completeness against invoices and records.
• Prepare products for shipment and count/compare quantity and identification numbers against orders.
• Operate power tools and large machinery such as forklifts or cranes.
• Generate and maintain transfer orders, confirmations, and inventory in SAP.
• Stage inventory for multiple shops to ensure readily available parts.
