Position Summary

The Material Handler supports production and warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and shipping materials. This role involves operating forklifts and reach stackers, managing inventory records, and supporting shipping and receiving activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and reach stackers to load, unload, move, and stack materials and equipment.
• Perform pre‑operation inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Receive, inspect, verify, pack, label, and ship incoming and outgoing materials.
• Enter shipment and inventory data into the ERP system.
• Route materials to internal departments and Kanban areas; pull and kit parts for assembly teams.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain shipping supplies and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Forklift Certification (required).
• Reach Stacker and/or Crane Certification (required or strongly preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
