Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Material Handler to support receiving, stocking, kitting, cycle counting, and shipping of materials in a manufacturing environment. You will handle forklift operations, data accuracy, and timely shipments to internal and external customers.

The role requires 1–2 years forklift and material handling experience, plus ability to read technical documents. Familiarity with SAP/ERP and MS Word/Excel is preferred; High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years forklift experience and material handling exposure.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOMs, and labels.
• Preferred SAP or ERP system familiarity; basic MS Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety-first approach; maintain clean, organized work area and operate forklifts safely.
• Load/unload, pick/pack parts, and prepare shipments; schedule with carriers.
• Maintain inventory records; verify packing slips and counts; support cycle counts.
