Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Material Handler III to support the production of Plastic Pour Bottles. You will ensure materials are accurate, available, and properly handled; perform line clearances, verify material, and operate forklifts to move goods between production and warehouse.

You will also maintain documentation, support Lean initiatives, and uphold safety and 6S standards while contributing to continuous improvement in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading specifications and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate forklifts and hand carts safely.
• Trained forklift experience preferred; hearing protection may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing processes for production of Plastic Pour Bottles.
• Perform and document line clearances; verify material accuracy.
• Operate forklift to move gaylords and totes between production and warehouse.
• Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards; report abnormalities to shift leadership.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
