Job summary

McKenna Labs Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to manage receipt, storage, movement, staging of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a GMP-compliant contract manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, updating ERP/WMS records, FIFO/FEFO storage, supporting production lines, operating forklifts, and ensuring safety and traceability. The role requires forklift certification or ability to obtain it and on-site work with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience with powered industrial equipment.
• Experience using inventory management systems and ERP accuracy.
• Ability to accurately complete documentation and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming raw materials and packaging components.
• Verify shipments against POs and packing slips.
• Enter inventory transactions into ERP/WMS systems.
• Store materials using FIFO/FEFO methods.
• Move materials to production lines and stage for use.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean and safe warehouse environment.
