Job summary

Lancesoft Cleveland is seeking a production quality technician to ensure safety, quality compliance, and accurate recordkeeping on the manufacturing floor. You will monitor molding output, document results, and uphold cGMP standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, ability to read specifications, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of quality and safety procedures and regulations a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and procedures.
• Able to complete documentation legibly.
• Trained as forklift driver preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Low absenteeism.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL-01-01-037.
• Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety and quality requirements and regulations.
• Perform production inspections and document results while monitoring part output and quality from molding machines.
• Weigh count production, pack parts, and accurately label the production.
• Report abnormalities and corrective action to shift leader/supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation per cGMP on production and quality records, cleaning forms, batch folder, etc.
• Participate in required training and Lean activities.
• Learn and apply SOPs and cGMP standards; notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area using 6S principles.
