Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Fremont, CA to support the Production Services team. The role involves operating production floor equipment, following SOPs, and maintaining accurate documentation per cGMP and QA requirements.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with proficiency in Word/Excel and experience using QAD or Oracle. Shift is 6:00 AM–2:45 PM, with potential overtime. Benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year direct work experience in manufacturing, operations, or production.
• Direct machine operation experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production floor equipment under supervision.
• Read work orders, verify materials, and ensure on-line requirements are met.
• Inspect materials and products at each production stage.
• Document time, date, and batch records in the QAD/Oracle systems.
• Follow SOPs, 5S, and cGMP guidelines; maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Collaborate with leads and supervisors to resolve scheduling or logistic issues.
